- Custom career tones to build skills while on the job (each custom tone can build either the logic, gardening or fitness skills (now available in newest version!)
- New update - sims who have joined this career can now see a new pie menu "Paramedic" that includes interactions under the friendly pie menu. To see more info, check the changelog (reverted, will be in next update)
- Has objectives for every level
- Has buff when joining the paramedic career, promotions and notifications.
