Start on an empty lot with zero simoleons. Use Clique Life, the Teen Paramedic career and the Nurse career as your Sim works towards one of four endings.

Starting setup

Start with one Sim, an empty lot and zero simoleons. Build a stable life, then choose what success looks like for them.

Main rules

Use these rules so the challenge does not become too easy too quickly.

Start from zero
Begin on an empty lot and set household funds to 0 simoleons.
No instant wealth
Avoid money cheats, rich spouse shortcuts, inheritance boosts, or moving into a wealthy household early.
Teen phase matters
Join the Teen Paramedic Career while still a teen and build at least 3 friendships before aging up.
Young adult progression
Save enough to move into a starter home, then age up and continue into the Nurse Career or your chosen route ending.

Soft Life Route

Steady progress, social stability, and a cleaner path into comfort.

Main Character Route

Focus on social spotlight moments and personality-driven milestones.

Messy Come-Up Route
